For as long as I can remember I've been in love with drawing, painting and illustrating and it has always been my dream to pursue a career as an artist, but life got in the way, as it tends to do. 

Having reached a milestone birthday a couple of years ago,  I couldn't resist the calling any longer and took a both feet leap in to the unknown. 

I am blessed to live in a beautiful part of Surrey, surrounded by stunning nature in all her glory, whatever the season. I am moved daily to interpret this through my work.

I aim to bring what I see around me to life on paper with a modern, contemporary feel.

Art is so subjective that it would be impossible to churn out crowd pleasers every day, so I paint and draw for me. 

It goes without saying though, we all need a little validation from time to time, so I hope anyone looking through my site enjoys my work. I would feel totally honoured if you thought any of my efforts worthy enough to hang on your walls. I hope they will give you a sense of the pleasure I get from creating each piece.
